    "It has got to get right on the inside before it gets right on the outside" is a quote that I started using on my Uni-Dynamics (Science of being One) business cards in the 80's.

    Since then I have been doing some kind of Daily Practice. It started with just meditation. Then I kept learning so many personal empowerments that when practiced for awhile they really enhanced my life. But in time I learned so many that I could do them 24/7 and not cover all the material. So over many many years I carefully refined a daily practice that give me the perfect results whether I did it for 7 min, 28 min or 2 hours. One most important method with specific added modules for what I personally need, spiritual connection, energy or Kuji life intention.

    While I am going to share with you a great many of these empowerment methods so you can choose yourself from them.

    I am also going to share with you my personal daily practice. Cool huh?
