He is fast, quick and very deadly. This dvd is more demonstration than instruction because of the speed in which the taijutsu (body movement) is done. You will have to watch it several times to catch the movement. Strike, grapple, throw and choke then hit them as you leave.

Everything you've ever wanted to know about the hanbo, from the history of this 3ft wooden staff to concepts for using it, plus several postures, the best way to hold it effectively, and striking drills using one hand and two hands from each of the natural postures (stances).
